Nope. What we quote is what you pay. Sometimes we find something during the actual work that wasn't visible in the initial assessment—like ancient wiring that needs replacing—and we'll call you first before doing anything extra. You approve it, or we work around it.

Do permits and inspections cost extra?

They're built into our prices. We handle the whole permitting process with the county, schedule inspections, and make sure everything passes. It's all included. You don't need to call anyone or fill out paperwork.

What if my home needs major electrical upgrades?

We'll spot that during the initial consultation and give you a separate quote for those upgrades. Could be a panel replacement, rewiring, new service entrance—whatever's needed. We won't include it in the base price, but we'll be honest about what's necessary and what's optional.
